Welcome to Kindset, a trauma-informed, culturally grounded behaviour support collective. We offer a place of safety, reflection and growth for people with complex support needs, their families, and their communities.

Our services

At Kindset, we deliver specialist therapeutic and behaviour support services for NDIS participants with complex needs. Our multidisciplinary team includes social workers, psychologists, and behaviour support practitioners with expertise in complex trauma, mental health, sexualised behaviours, violent and offending behaviours, and dual disability. We are experienced in working across forensic, NDIS, and community-based settings, with a culturally responsive and trauma-informed approach.

In-person and remote options

We offer both in-person and remote support options to ensure flexible and accessible care. Kindset is based in Perth, with practitioners also available remotely across Western Australia and other regions.

Our services are delivered via in-person sessions, telehealth, and outreach as needed.

Referrals

We accept referrals from individuals, families, support coordinators, allied health providers, and community organisations. Our services can be accessed through:

  • NDIS (Improved Relationships: Behaviour Support and Capacity Building: Improved Daily Living).

  • Fee for service (private and organisational referrals).

  • Medicare rebates (coming soon).
